GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

WAW COLLECTION SRL reserves the right at any time and without notice to remove products from the collection and to make price changes or changes resulting from technical and/or commercial requirements.

It does not recognize the cancellation of orders regularly placed unless previously authorized and in any case will result in the charge of a reimbursement of expenses to be determined based on the progress of the order.

Any transport damages are to be reported to WAW COLLECTION SRL by sending an email to sales@waw-collection.com within 8 days of receipt of goods. Failure to comply with this deadline will invalidate any right to reimbursement or replacement.

Any defects in materials are to be reported to WAW COLLECTION SRL by sending an email to sales@waw-collection.com within 8 days of receipt of goods, and will oblige the Company only to repair or replace the unsuitable material, at its sole discretion, without refund of damages and collateral costs.

Any disputes will not suspend the agreed terms of payment.

Returns will not be accepted unless previously authorized.

If authorized, the transport costs for the return to WAW COLLECTION SRL shall be borne by the purchaser.

The terms of the warranty will be applied according to European regulations.

All commitments are made except in cases of force majeure.

For any dispute, the Court of Milan is competent and the Italian law will be valid.

Packaging: in cardboard boxes included in the price.

Yield: ex factory.

Home delivery: excluded from the price.

Installation: excluded from the price. The installation quotes can be requested from our staff at sales@waw-collection.com.
